Here we celebrate our gifts and graces in ministry and mission, to one another and the world ...
On April 25, 2010, United Methodist Churches in Flathead Valley and Mission Valley UMC combined efforts for Ark Full of Chairs; recreating, rebuilding and restoring broken-down and discarded chairs through imagination and God-given creativity that were auctioned to raise funds for Heifer International. The goal was to raise $5,000.Read more about the movement of the Holy Spirit.

Amazing Grace
God's grace is truly amazing. Some of the greatest music of all times has been born of pain and suffering. "Amazing Grace" is but one example of this truth. View this video posted on youtube - learn about the amazing grace in the power of music, and how it illustrates we are all one.
July 21 - 25 ... Vacation Bible School
Our Vacation Bible School this year was a resounding success. With an average of approximately 54 children each day (anywhere from 45 to 60 on any given day) from the community and area joined in and participated in VBS this year; which was led by counselors from Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp. This year's VBS was an ecumenical ministry of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Columbia Falls and Columbia Falls United Methodist Church. Approximately 1/3 of the children reached and attending VBS were not previously a part of either church - some were invited by friends, others simply heard about the program and decided to join in the day. We served fresh, healthy snacks and a hearty lunch to the children each day. Activities centered around the themes of Christ's love, mercy and justice.

July 6, 2008 - Special Music
Madison Probert from Billings was visiting family and provided special music during worship on our new grand piano. Listen as she shares her gifts.
A part of our ministry is empowering youth in music and arts. By giving youth the opportunity to perform on such a beautiful instrument it is our hope the experience will continue to light their passion and interest in musical gifts and abilities.
May 18, 2008 - Columbia Falls UMC Choir
Our choir, under the direction of Sue Smith, provided moving and inspirational music as part of their last Sunday for the season - they'll be returning to worship after Labor Day. What a gifted group! Have a listen.
